Trapezoid incisions for phacoemulsification may reduce Descemet membrane detachment

The investigators examined whether the risk of Descemet membrane detachment can be mitigated by using a trapezoid incision (modified 2.2-mm incision with the internal width enlarged to 3.0 mm).
