Tarsorrhaphy at Time of Penetrating Keratoplasty Supports Healing in Neurotropic Keratopathy

Concomitant tarsorrhaphy during penetrating keratoplasty (PK) in patients with neurotrophic keratopathy (NK) may support epithelial healing, with more than 88% of eyes achieving complete epithelial closure and low rates of postoperative complications.
