Vincent Sun, MD

Dr. Vincent Sun is a board-certified ophthalmologist specializing in vitreoretinal surgery and ocular oncology. He is fellowship trained in both vitreoretinal surgery and ocular oncology, with advanced expertise in the medical, surgical, and laser management of retinal and intraocular tumors.

Dr. Sun earned his Doctor of Medicine degree from McGill University in Montreal, where he also completed his Ophthalmology Residency, serving as Chief Resident in his final year. He pursued further specialization through a Vitreoretinal Surgery Fellowship at the New York Eye and Ear Infirmary and an Ocular Oncology Fellowship at the New York Eye and Ear / Eye Cancer Foundation in New York. Dr. Sun holds certification from the American Board of Ophthalmology and a New York State Medical License.

Dr. Sun served as an Assistant Professor of Vitreoretinal Surgery and Ocular Oncology in the Department of Ophthalmology at McGill University Health Centre in Montreal, Quebec. His clinical and research interests include retinal diseases, ocular oncology, and innovations in surgical techniques.
